Welcome! This is the page of my weight loss journey. I had Roux en Y gastric bypass surgery on September 14th, 2004.

Nearly 80 lbs gone forever!

WOOHOO! I have now lost EIGHTY pounds!
 
 
Pictures showing the changes in my face. I ended up cutting off all my hair. Although I'm not crazy about the cut, my hair will grow back! LOL
 
It's so wild to see how much my face has changed in the past months. What an amazing journey this has been.

Just the Facts:

Name:  Leslie

Age: 30 (sigh, can't believe THAT)

Pre-op weight: 266

Present Weight:  189

Days post surgery: Six months

Health Issues: Multiple sclerosis, migraines and osteoarthritis, rhematoid arthritis, and probable lupus

Family Issues: 2 children (ages 4 and 2)

Goal Weight: don't know - don't care! LOL I just want to be healthy.

You can see my body is imbalanced from the MS. My left side stays in a spasm all the time. I'm hopeful this surgery will help me both feel and look better.
